Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct summarizes the values ​​of our company philosophy and brings them into line with the times. It serves as a guide for our activities and success, earning recognition from the entire company and guaranteeing that we are regarded as an ethical company by our business partners.

Adhere to the following values:

  • Comply with relevant laws, guidelines and standards.
  • Respect colleagues and business partners regardless of religion, gender, age, color or race.
  • We explicitly recognize the United Nations Charter of Human Rights and work with our business partners to reject the use of child labor and forced labor.
  • Emphasis on interaction with business partners.
  • Maintain close communication and honest dealings with customers and suppliers; any behavior of obtaining or granting improper benefits is strictly prohibited.
  • Advocate for fair competition.
  • Develop and sell superior products for the automation sector, and never get involved in military and weapons technology.
  • Abide by the privacy statement and properly handle confidential information.
  • Comply with occupational safety and environmental protection requirements and strive to create a sustainable future.

Compliance Organization

We put a lot of effort into ethical values ​​and compliance because we always stay true to our original aspirations and keep our promises.

To this end, we have implemented the following measures:

  • Conduct internal training on various compliance topics
  • Clarify guidelines to provide direction and justification for our daily activities
  • Audits performed by internal and external auditors, including checks on compliance with these guidelines

A Compliance Manager has been appointed, who is organizationally affiliated with the Internal Audit and Compliance Department. The Head of Internal Audit and Compliance Department and the Compliance Manager form the Compliance Function, defining tasks and competence requirements across the Group.

Compliance Contact

  • Open communication has always been an important part of our corporate culture. Employees can report any inappropriate behavior that violates our values ​​directly and privately to their direct supervisor.
  • Employees can always approach the Compliance Department to address all concerns confidentially. Whistleblowers act to the best of their knowledge and are protected from any adverse consequences of their reports.
  • Our business partners can also contact the Compliance function at any time to raise concerns about issues that are not aligned with our values.
