The following warranty terms and conditions apply exclusively to hardware products listed in the product catalog.

2. Limited to products described in the documentation, particularly regarding specifications.

3. The company guarantees proper operation of the product for 60 months from the date of delivery when used in accordance with specifications.

4. The buyer must inspect the product for any potential defects and notify the company in writing within 1 month after delivery at the latest.

5. If the buyer files a complaint after discovering a defect, the product must be returned within 1 month after discovery at the latest, accompanied by a fault description and the company's product number.

6. For confirmed complaints, the customer will receive a replacement product free of charge. Additionally, the company will reimburse the customer for expenses incurred due to the defect, up to the purchase price. No other claims may be made, except where mandatory legal liability provisions apply.
